Hotel is supposed to be non smoking. Guests are requested to smoke either on ground level outside the hotel or on top floor where there is an open area. However it appears this restriction does not apply to some in Management who use room 610 for their smoking breaks. The whole 6th floor stinks like a chimney.

Umgebung schmutzig, sanierungsbedürftig laut. Fenster schließen nicht > Straßenlärm, warm. Klimaanlage defekt. Täglich einmal Stromausfall. Kakerlaken im Zimmer. Keine Klobürste. Nur eine Zudecke. WLAN funktionierte nicht immer. Möbel veraltet durchgesessen. Personal freundlich und bemüht. Kein europäischer Standard.

très bonne emplacement les chambres sur arrière calme, côté négatifs les repas servie trop épicée mauricien même le petit déjeuner coté salé trop épicées mauricien impossible de manger pour nous réunionné on et obliger de diner et prendre le petit déjeuner à l'extérieur

I spent 8 nights at Palms and it was an amazing time despite the 3 days Cyclone challenges. The staff and management were warm and nice. A good place to stay if you want to be in the center to acess all location, both for business and leisure: Off the beach.

Chambre basique avec salle de bains basique. Pas de room service. J'ai demandé qu'une robe soit repassée, on a monté une planche et un fer dans ma chambre. Je me suis réveillée un matin piquée de partout par je l'espère un moustique quand j'ai demandé que la chambre soit traitée cela a paru surprendre. En revanche, il semblerait qu'elle est était en effet traitée car plus de moustique..

The Hotel was OK, but the Restaurants wasn't good at all. The restaurants are not part of hotel, so every time you need to pay. Hotel only caters for French speaking people as all T.V channels are in French.

Nice hotel. Location of the Hotel is good and nearby to bus stop/ taxi stand, market, bank and post office. facilities and cleanliness was good. Food is not very good. Staff of the hotel is okay. Recommended for families also.

Hotel an einer „Hauptstraße

Hotel liegt direkt an einer Hauptstraße mit vielen kleinen Bars und einigen Restaurants. Das Hotel selbst hat wohl ein „chinesisches“ Restaurant welches gerade so Ok ist. Viele Speisen der an sich übersichtlichen Karte gibt es wohl nur auf der Karte. Der Hoteleingang ist meistens mit PKW zugeparkt so dass ein Durchkommmen nicht unbedingt einfach ist.

Great value for money! It was a little out of the way of the restaurants etc, but as taxis are so cheap and plentiful it wasn't an issue. Great views at the sky restaurant for breakfast, drinks etc too

Not recommend, service is bad

The hotel service and facilities are bad, they do not have room service, breakfast options are very less and bad, do not have basic amenities like dental kit, shampoo, lotion etc. Overall it is not worth paying so much and you are not getting good service. NO VALUE FOR MONEY

Très bonne établissement dans l'ensemble cependant l'espace beauté est à revoir car le soin du visage à endommagée le visage de ma maman tandis que le "brushing" que j'étais censée faire c'est terminé par ma maman qui me fait un brushing dans le salon que nous avons quand même payer car la demoiselle présente ne savait pas comment utiliser leur lisseur "Steampoads"
