Staff didn’t seem overly happy, especially the person at the pool towels to answer any questions, but the activities lady was very friendly and happy to set up a Happy Birthday display. "

"Had a great stay/experience at the Belair Beach Hotel. Rooms were big and kitchen was stocked with plates and silverware. Balcony view was AMAZING! Chairs and table were included on the balcony. Air conditioning was excellent as was shower water pressure and temps. Beach was one of the best on the island. Clean, free of sargassum, and very private. "We really wanted to leave a good review of Villa du Kapress because the staff were so lovely and overall the villa is really nice, we also had one of our best meals here while we were on St.Maarten. The Villa was also nicely located so we’re weren’t right in the craziness, but a short drive away. But, there were somethings that took away from our experience. "We loved the Azure. Mike is an excellent host and the cleaning staff is friendly and efficient. You will get to know everyone before you leave. We enjoyed the Tourtoises in the courtyard, and we especially loved the sun loungers and umbrellas on the beach. We stayed at 3 different places in St. Martin’s and this was our favourite. "This was one of the most disappointing resort experiences I’ve ever had. The room was fine and the location is beautiful, but the service completely ruined our stay. The resort is clearly and consistently understaffed. At many points, there is only one bartender working — not just occasionally, but regularly — and that same person is often also responsible for running food orders. This means they are constantly leaving long lines of guests waiting just to grab food elsewhere. Calling this...
