Great hotel

Very modern and comfy hotel, everything is great. Specially the driver Mr Guo who sent my wife to the airport, very helpful

Only downside was there was no bar area to relax and enjoy a drink in the evening after a long day. Just a vending machine with soft drinks. It's an airport hotel with not a lot around it to venture out to see. But rooms were comfortable and clean. Very handy overnight stay before a morning flight.

They do not answer phone for shuttle service. Great breakfast but all western food is out cold. Nothing is warm and no microwave to heat it up. Nice hotel but missing the mark for a good international hotel

Complete lack of service

The hotel is new, building and rooms are of high standard. But the service is nonexistent, I came in around 17:00 and had been on the road since morning. There was no restaurant or bar open at the hotel and no willingness to help me finding out if there was a restaurant somewhere close by. The staff in lobby was friendly so it wasn´t their fault, management seems clueless on how to serve customers. I am a bit sad about this as the hotel fits fine as first and last night on my regular trips if they have some level of service. They can get this right but they need to do so :)
