"We stayed for a volleyball tournament, it was nice to have a lot to do at the resort, so the kids liked it. The room was a little dusty but they did come pick up towels and make the beds every day. Bedding is very bare thin, they can definitely upgrade that. The downside was they knew they had 1000's coming in for a volleyball tournament where everyone has to be at the venue at the same time, so the lines for the Starbucks and the other quick grab were so crazy..,they were not prepared. Finally on the last morning they had a table in the lobby with additional quick breakfast items, but we didn't know and had to go. So they need to plan better for a bigger crowd in the mornings. The Business center was very helpful when my daughter needed to print out some schoolwork. "
"The Nugget Hotel in Reno is a decent hotel, but totally over priced. One night was $331 plus resort fees of $53 resort fees. I was there for a volleyball tournament and there was also a bowling tournament there, I’m sure they hiked the prices to capitalize on the situation."
"Room was very outdated with mold in corners of bathroom. Air conditioner/heat had no adjustment knobs so couldn’t turn off. (Missing)
Curtain rod missing and unable to close window at night. Microwave dirty. Fridge very dirty with old ice cream in freezer ice that dripped down into fridge proper. Soap dish not clean. Overall feel was dirty. Cancelled next stay there. Won’t come back! But staff was nice and nice breakfast."
