"Clean rooms Great staff One of the best breakfast Nice view"

"Stayed 7 nights and regretted it almost immediately. The photos are completely misleading. Here's what actually awaits you: Broken safe (staff shrugged and walked away), no nightstand between beds so everything goes on the floor, mattresses hard as concrete, no headboard so you wake up hitting your head on the wall, and a 2-inch gap under the door giving mosquitoes full access to your room all night every night. Bathroom had one random water temperature, toilet seat wouldn't stay up, and...

"Bondo Hometel was such an amazing hotel. The rooms were very modern and very clean. There were 2 swimming pools on the roof. A cafe on the roof to get food along with a bar for drinks. There was also a full restaurant on the 11th floor and a bakery with desserts and coffee in the lobby. The only thing that was missing was maybe a microwave in the room. It does have a 2-eyed stove top that runs on gas. But no oven. So there is not much cooking in the room. But absolutely gorgeous view of both the...

"Nos gusto muchisimo el hotel , es muy tranquilo, limpio, con alberca y jacuzzi muy limpias tiene buena vista desde la terraza hacia el muelle, muralla y las distintas ciudades ; cuentan con personal muy amable desde que llegas , siempre al pendiente de lo que requeriamos , muy buena actitud, te dan tips para llegar a puntos de turismo, la ubicacion esta a 2 cuadras de la iglesia de la trinidad corazon de getsamani, caminando todo esta muy cerca . Es un excelente opcion para hospedarse...

"After waiting for 20+ minutes for s cocktail, I asked the waiter if he forgot. He tokd me to calm down. I’m hopinv this was a laguage issue. None the less, it was offensive. Also, I never got the drink. Also charging $50+ USD, essentially a cover charge, for a friend to come for lunch at the pool is absurd. The staff in the lobby was friendly thecentire stay."
