Beautiful property with a wonderful staff! Food was amazing! Beach was fantastic! Very happy we picked this place to stay. Brush up on your Spanish. Most people in the resort and staff are Spanish speaking only.

Friendly staff. Loved how clean the property was. Well maintained. Loved seeing after every meal the cleaning process started. Done well ! Beach clean and safe. Security always around. Well lit at night. Lots of birds and palm trees. Loved the quiet adult only pool. Nice jazz music at breakfast and in the main desk sitting area. Highly recommend this all inclusive resort.

Tropical Paradise

The property was beautifully landscaped, the staff was friendly and the rooms were clean and comfortable. There were cats and dogs (birds,iguanas, crabs and a snake!) on property but they seemed healthy and well cared for. The food and drinks were good and a lot of variety.

The smell of mold n humidity takes over the room. Was assigned 4 different room n the have the same issue. Property structure needs maintenance. paint peeling, black molds n leaks in the structure is observed. Staff is really friendly and try to accommodate.

Pros: food was great and they do a fantastic job at encouraging guests to not waste food. Pet-friendly (even with strays). The staff was friendly and accommodating. We were allowed an early check-in -- it took 3 hours -- but we were grateful for allowing us to enter the room early. They also tried their best to accommodate a late checkout but they were fully booked and we could see how busy the hotel was. They also provide a shuttle service to town free of charge which was very helpful. Cons: There is nothing to do outside the hotel area. The Entertainment team and activities lacked creativity and budget.

Good for pools otherwise stay away

The pool and grounds are well kept the pools are warm abd most interaction with workers were good thats the good Italian restuarant dont represent italy The steakhouse dont represent colombia The seafood is good The buffet breakfast good amount of choice Lunch not as much choices One dinner at buffet first night was good That is the ok Now for the bad 4 of 5 all came down with virus Mine lasted 7 days with visit to clinic 2 others still have symptoms darreaha. On feb 14 we celebrated our 25th anniversity at steak house the waiter took our orders i ordered 2 mains we ordered wine the wine never came my 2nd dish never came we told him the drink came my 2nd dish again never came he stood my kitchen looking at me i waved to him 2 times never came i asked for supervisor she came i was upset but my spanish is not that good she chose to speak to my wife she didnt seem to want to hear me i feel there is no reason to forget 2 x and ignore my waves so i find this petdon to be a racist never came to say sorry or nothing the supervise brang rhe cake asked if anything she could do she said i bring you wine find but its included so nothing extra my berf id she didnt say anything to waiter totally no excuse on both of them cake and decorations wete not free cake was not fresh it was frozen when i cut it i taught it was ice cream. Two more thinks Breakfast served at 7 but food is already out at 630 if not earlier also what ever is not eaten they wrap up and put out next day so i suggest you
