Best AI we’ve been to. Only downside was that beach was covered in seaweed when we went in September. The price we paid reflected that vs preferred seasons so I can’t complain too much. Food and service were great. Best deep tissue massage at spa.

Everything was great! Hector, the trainer at the local fitness center, taught me more Caribbean Spanish and gave great advice on lifting. The resort offers a wide variety of food options—Japanese, French, Italian, and more. This is the best all-inclusive resort I’ve been to. The tours, especially scuba diving and Scape Park at Cap Cana, are highly recommended. The resort feels very safe, and I’ve never seen water so blue. The beach is expansive, clean, and absolutely beautiful.

Our entire stay was absolutely blissful. The staff took impeccable care, especially our wonderful concierge Reinaldo. We would happily return and look forward to the gorgeous property, exciting activities, incredible hospitality, and delicious food. A beautiful property where they pay attention to detail. Numerous food offerings. Each guest gets his/ her own concierge. Beautiful pool. I can’t say anything about the beach because I am a pool girl. Amazing service. Shout out to the towel guy nearest to the lobby. He helped me every day with my umbrella, changing it as the position of the sun changed.

We stayed in the preferred section in a bungalow suite. Everything was fantastic. The preferred area at the beach had a lot of space between chairs and was easy to get chairs. I cannot say enough about how amazing the people who work there are! Jesus at breakfast, Angela and Morris on the beach always made sure we had everything we needed. But there was one person who went above and beyond…our butler Ricardo. He treated us like family and took care of everything! We ended up having to visit the hospital, and he went with us and stayed there the whole time…until early morning! He even arranged for the most yummy grilled chicken to be delivered to our room at 2:30am when we got back (kudos to the chef…it was delicious). We always felt safe and well taken care of at the resort! We will definitely be back!
