I had a great time at Lopesan Costa Bávaro. The overall experience was excellent, from the beautiful facilities to the service and atmosphere throughout the resort. One of the highlights for me was definitely the restaurants. There are plenty of great options, but the Brazilian restaurant was my favorite. The food was excellent and it was easily one of the best dining experiences of my stay. Overall, I really enjoyed my time at the resort and would definitely come back. Highly recommended!

The resort is beautiful and very aesthetically pleasing. It was clean and the staff were always friendly. The pool was probably my favorite part. Two swim up bars and the lagoons so fun for older kids! We went 4 moms and our 4 teenage boys and we all had a blast. Lots to do and lots to walk around. The food was excellent. Even though they had some construction going on, it was never a burden or bother. Great location!

I’ve stayed at quite a few resorts in Punta Cana, and this one genuinely stands out. It has the perfect balance of a modern luxury hotel and the fun, carefree atmosphere of an all-inclusive resort. The food was excellent, the facilities were beautiful, and there was always something happening, from activities during the day to great entertainment and shows at night. What I loved most is that it really works for everyone. Whether you're traveling as a couple, with friends, as a family, or with kids, the resort has something to offer. The atmosphere is welcoming, relaxing, and fun all at the same time. Honestly, I’d put this among the very best resorts in Punta Cana. And considering how many amazing options there are in the area, that's saying a lot. I would absolutely recommend it and can’t wait to come back.

I Had a good time even when the hotel is not ready 100%. Food was good, variety in the buffet and restaurants are amazing as well. The staff is a little lost but good attitude. I would go again in the future!!

Honestly did not like it at all,, I did not feel like I was at a 5 star resort in Punta Cana… the staff was very nonchalant, there were no baby changing stations in any of the bathrooms… it is not family friendly, there was no incentive or entertainment or even people letting you know the activities in the resorts the aesthetic and the cenote is beautiful but that’s it.. also all of the juice is artificial fake juice taste very very bad and also the drinks are very bad they use bad tasting rum… mojitos all taste artificial…. Otherwise the food was good

Gorgeous resort and the food was wonderful I will definitely be coming back, we had issues with our air conditioning which was expressed to staff several times, they would write reports but this issue was never resolved and no alternative was given. Other than our hot room and no fans available in the resort we had a great stay at this resort.

Went with my husband ... my sons, grandbaby and my DIL ... the stay exceeded our expectations !! We had an amazing time !! The rooms are super comfortable, no issues with the AC. Loved everything about it ! Had an awesome time ! The kids park is amazing !! The cenotes ! The big adult slides ! The food in the buffets way better than any other resorts we've been at. The mexican rest was my favorite !! The alcohol is not the cheap crap alcohol in other resorts ! The staff was super nice and helpful ! They always treated us amazingly ! Only bad part is the beach part is still not opened but hopefully we will be back !

At eye view the room was clean, however, the shower had not been cleaned daily nor were the floors mopped. The staff was friendly for the most part. At the day of arrival check-in was at 15:00 and were told the room wasn’t ready and to go to lunch which was not not a problem but after checking back at 4 the room was still not ready and that we would receive a text when it was. By 5:00 we still had not received a message & at no point did we. Only by checking back & showing signs of frustration after a long day of travel.

The hotel needs to improve the air‑conditioning system and address the humidity odor. We stayed for 5 nights and booked nine rooms at the Lopesan Caoba Lagoon, and all of us had the same complaint regarding the air conditioning. My room, 4190, had a strong humidity smell. They offered to change my room, but the alternative room smelled even worse. I believe the odor is caused by the air conditioner not functioning properly. Aside from that issue, everything else was wonderful. The staff is amazing and made our stay truly special, especially Chocolate and his team at the buffet and restaurants. I highly recommend dining at Khalo, Brassa Nova, and Lima — the food was outstanding. The pools are incredibly beautiful, and there is plenty to do. The bartenders were very friendly, especially Caesar.
