The room was clean, and cool. Rather than using a room key, the doorknob used your fingerprint, which was unique! The staff was welcoming, courteous, and respectful. We needed to exchange our cash, which they readily did for us on site.

Great Dominican breakfast with tres golpes. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and offered a full refridgerator and stove. My only complaint is that noise from vehicles and other Guests can be heard inside the room clearly. Great value stay value at the price.

The staff was kind ! Expect a very lively / noisy area. Outdate amenities HOWEVER, it was CLEAN. The area is very safe. We didnt have the breakfast so we cant judge the food. Definitely recommend if you want a real taste of local punta cana.

They were extremely responsive on WhatsApp before I travelled. I needed a late 10 pm check in because of my flight. No problem. Then my flight was delayed by two hours and I needed to check in after midnight. No problem. There was a friendly face waiting for me when I arrived. Room was modest but solid. Free breakfast was simple but freshly cooked (big omelette with fresh, good coffee). I needed get to the bus depot to go to Santo Domingo after I checked out and they provide a courtesy ride to the depot. I would stay there again. BTW, They are able to communicate in English on WhatsApp
