"The hotel is just across the central station so it’s very convenient for traveling around and for food. The breakfast is nice.
Most of all we are very impressed by the receptionist, Hang Tran. He is so nice to welcome and take care of guests. We had good impressions of him from our stay last October. That’s why we chose to stay here again this time."

"The staff were really wonderful! Super helpful and friendly and accomodating. The hotel itself is gorgeous. We werent aware there was a spa. And the bar area in the lobby is so lovely and has some private areas to sit and chat. There were nice vegan options in their breakfst buffet. Recommend this place and we would come back. "
"Our room was very nice and the Bar upstairs was gorgeous. We were given free drink vouchers when we got to the bar! Only downside is that the showers are a little see through."

Pancake Maschine oder Laugenbrezeln) - hier wäre es klasse, wenn noch süßer Senf und Weißwürste im Hotel als regionaler Bezug angeboten werden würden, sonst war alles zur vollsten Zufriedenheit"
