We were upgraded to the Villa del Parco and had an exceptional experience. Alessandro, the manager of this property, went out of his way to make us feel special. He is a real asset to this business, and his people handling skills are second to none.

It is hotel for the kids due to the sports and all activities. Don’t expect great service and luxury. The included food is average and only the good food could be found at the restaurants you pay. The staff is not completely fluent in English so if you order something expect receiving the incorrect order for example ordering a drink could be challenging unless is something straight forward like a Beer. The fact that the kids enjoy it balances out a bit. In our opinion given the price it is not worth it. If you are going to give it a try we suggest no more than a week or 5 days.

Самый отвратительный отель, в котором я когда-либо была.Мы в первый раз в жизни взяли бунгало.(по цене -10 тыс евро за 10 ночей должно было быть прилично)Отель сам,видимо, старый очень..Халаты такого вида, что им лет 100.Начнём с того, что они пишут на сайте, что площадь бунгало 35 кв метров..это явно не так! Наверное считали с лужайкой вместе..Внутри все напоминает домик с турбазы..все очень неудобно и нефункционально, некуда разместить вещи (один очень маленький шкафчик на троих)..чемоданы так и валялялись посреди комнаты весь отпуск.душ без стенки, когда моешься во всей ванной просто потоп..в душе плесень..каждые несколько дней из крана у нас выползала группа крылатых муравьев в количестве примерно 50 особей.,комары также присутствуют.. Также в нашей зоне не ловил вай фай..вообще! То есть если вы рассчитываете на отдыхе отвечать на какие-то письма или смотреть фильмы -забудьте!на шведском столе ничего особенного,а в ресторанах и подавно..суши(два ролла за 5000 руб) отвратительные..фрукты какие-то недозревшие или наоборот уже умирающие..В румсервис заказала картошку фри и то принесли в баночке майонез,в который уже кто-то тыкал чем-то)Вода в бассейнах в принципе не подогревается,только в одном маленьком,куда и стекается весь отель с детками.Пляж узкий,лежаков очень мало..Есть неплохой аквапарк, правда также с ледяной водой, и работает по расписанию..Когда я вышла на террасу полежать,я наслаждалась звуками лобзика..В июне у них ещё не все работает и они что-то готовят, пилят

Resort has many facilities to keep you occupied, however, they are over priced for what they have to offer. Swimming pools could do with being heated, was no wonder why many people wouldn’t enter the pool.

Alles in allem hervorragend

Das zimmer war sehr gross mit Kingsizebett, Couch, Schreibtisch, Grossbildfernseher, Terrasse und uneinsichtbarer Garten. Das Bad auch sehr modern und grosszügig. Die Ausstattung hervorragend, gemütlich und sehr sauber.

Perfect resort for families

The resort is a perfect for families with kids. There are a ton of activities from go karts to soccer camp. Food was excellent! Things are certainly pricey that are not included in the rate but worth the experience. We got off to a rough start because the wifi didn't work in our room. We had one renovated room and our connecting room wasn't. The AC didn't work at first, the was bug and by the end of the trip the lights didn't work. Francesca saved the day! She made sure that IT fixed our wifi, answered all of our questions and spoke English so she did a great translating for us too. She made it personal and really made our stay at the resort great! She even gave us suggestions and printed a map for local sites to see in the city. She provided world class customer service!

Week end di mezzo giugno davvero eccezionale

Consigliato a tutti dai giovani alle famiglie ai più anziani data la molteplicità delle attività a disposizione (c'é anche la pista dei go-kart) e l'ampiezza del parco (si noleggiano bici per muoversi più speditamente) che permette a chi lo desidera di trovare angoli di pace. Ampia scelta di ristoranti di ottima qualità alcuni compresi nella pacchetto 1/2 pensione. Superbo il buffet per la colazione del ristorante Cavalieri. Meritano le terme !
