"The hotel staff was excellent and it was extremely clean. The property is older and needs updating. But you have to understand that Isabela is not a luxury island. It is spartan and basic. Almost all of the streets are dirt roads. The hotel fits right in with that vibe of the island. It is perfectly located within walking distance of everything in town and sits on a wonderful beach."
