Property has everything close together which was nice, no beach activities or music was a downfall but the pool was fun and food was good overall (Mexican restaurant was the best) Definitely more relaxing vibes than party vibes but Friday and Saturday night at the resort club was a hit!

In general a i had a good experience, but the bathroom door lock was broken, so the door was always open, and the fridge wasn't working, but they changed it after i report it 2 times. The most important thing is the service and the people who work there, they make you feel very comfortable, the food was great, and the beach is really close, definitely i would recommend it.

Beautiful hotel, excellent staff, the building maintenance was the problem. there was a water leak in the closet, and in the bathroom. The shower needs to be either lower or raised, so that water will not coming out when you shower. The floor was wet all the time. This is my experience in building #11, leaks need to be repaired. Excellent food, in all the restaurants and buffet. Highly recommend the hotel.

The rooms need maintenance as most of them had leaky ceilings and had a moldy smell. The staff were very helpful and accommodated us with an upgrade when we voiced our concerns. The pool closes at 6pm which is unfortunate for the kids. The beach was nice. The food at the buffet was good on certain days. The restaurants food was mediocre.

Hotel was ok for the price,. Buffet was acceptable. Pool needs more cleaning. But the best part of this hotel is the beach 10/10 . We go every year for this beach. Parking for costumers a away from main entrance, there is no a pedestrian path to use. We needed to walk on a private roadway which is dangerous.
