The staff was extra friendly. The property is extremely old and the price was not valued at the condition of the room. The walls showed water damaged and needed to be scraped and re-painted.

This hotel is quiet yet close to the stripe. This hotel has more of a comforting feel to it. The staff is friendly. Although, this is not the most modern hotel and the furniture could use an updating. This is a solid option for a short stay.

This place is horrible, I had to book a new hotel. I really should get a refund! False and misleading advertisement. Photos look nothing like the advertisement. Hotel in an unsafe urban area and everthing is dilapidated. Vey disappointed! I give this place a zero rating. The hotel should not be advertised on Expedia.

This place was very disgusting. The room was run down & out dated. It was basically a hole in the wall. The were bugs in the bathroom. The air conditioning didn’t work.

The manager, Jenny, and her staff were GREAT! The rooms was nice. Any requests that I made were immediately accommodated. The ONLY problem was that there was a slight difference between what was charged vs. what was quoted on Travelocity (only $7 more). It was because the hotel was quoting a lower currency conversion rate than what the actual real time market currency conversion rate was, according to xe.com. But I let it go because Jenny and her staff were sooo great! They even helped me with my spanish, without laughing! lol

The room was clean, and the lock and the AC operated just fine, but the TV didn’t have enough channels, and most importantly, the WiFi, didn’t operate properly. When I took a shower, the wastewater didn’t directly drain out, instead flowing out of the shower onto the floor and dampening my sweatpants, in which I was forced to dry it off with a hair dryer. I’d suggest this room for only a few days, but for staying a long time, I wouldn’t recommend. I’d also admit that there are much better accommodations than this hotel. And due to the cost, it’s a little high due to the lack of anemities (wifi, cable, shower).

Affordability without concessions.

I was pleasantly surprised how clean the rooms were, I booked a room for my brother and one for myself so that we could be close to Sousa's amazing beaches without traveling to our Costa Dorado base hotel. The staff was courteous and accommodating the water pressure and temperature good and there was a pool which was fun to splash around in. I will definitely be back.
