"The staff was excellent, Hector is fabulous! The room is clean and comfortable, the bathroom is nice (a bar of soap would have been a good addition) with fine water pressure, the beds comfortable, the breakfast generous. Definitely recommended! "

"The staff went above and beyond to help us with our every need. They did our laundry, called us taxis, helped us with dinner reservations and bar needs, as well as move one of our rooms to the first floor when we had a group member have an accident in Torres Del Paine and need a first floor room due to a leg injury. The rooms were neat and clean and the property was beautiful. There is a little restaurant on the water just a short walk away along the coast and the food was amazing. The hot tubs were awesome but needed to be reserved in advance - highly recommend. This was an amazing hotel and the staff were top knotch."

"Nice room, lovely staff that even prepared a early breakfast for us. Great views from the rooftop bar and we were even treated to a welcome drink. Only slight snag was that the shower was rather tiny and leaked onto the floor. Also, the parking situation in the town/city isn't ideal. "

"The rooms were fairly small and tights. The hotel staff was very nice and helpful more than in many other places that we have used in the past. Breakfasts or (or travel box) were good. We have stayed 6 nights and had a great time."
