"I have celiac and i am vegetarian. There were so many gluten free options to choose from. Gluten free muffing, cookies and cakes in the Revive bar. They are aware about cross contamination. Chef made me gluten free nachos and gluten free pizza. This is the first ever vacation when i didnt lose any weight :) place was beautiful and clean. So peaceful. Not too crowded. highly recommended "

"Everything was great. The local wildlife was cute between the terns?, coatis, and geckos. Only gripe were the mosquitoes so remember to bring repellent and itch relief! "

"I had a pleasant experience during my stay. The property is beautiful and well-maintained. The only feedback I have (and it’s not really about the hotel itself) is that there’s no real access to swimming at the beach — there’s too much seaweed both on the shore and in the water. However, the hotel offers plenty of pools with comfortable lounge chairs, which makes for a great alternative for those who still want to relax near the water. "

"We had a great room, big one, with two queen beds. The bathroom had a full bathtub with shower, other separated shower, and a separated toilet. It was some issues with the toilet but solved right away. All staff were good and special Bernice from front desk, Eduardo from the pool bar were outstanding, professional and helpful. Food was amazing for all tastes. We had entertainment every single nights and enjoyed it. Excellent were activities around the pool too. Be aware that you have to book your shuttle from the airport to resort and back. We done through Expedia and it was around 120 CAD."

"I had an amazing time at Dreams Jade Resort. The main reason I chose this hotel was its location—it’s much quieter than Cancun’s Hotel Zone, which made it perfect for a relaxing getaway. During my stay, I had no complaints at all; everything was absolutely perfect!
I’d like to give a special shout-out to David and Fernanda from the entertainment team, as well as Cecilia, the sweetest host at the Castaway restaurant. Juan, our waiter at Tamarind (the Mexican restaurant), was phenomenal, and Luis and Fabiola from the Asian restaurant were both professional and incredibly friendly.
The food was delicious, the atmosphere was wonderful, and the daily and nightly activities made the experience even better. I definitely plan to return to Dreams Jade Resort!"
