Plenty of daily activities for children and adults. The rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly. The food options were limited, however. Hard to get reservations to the restaurants. The buffet was typically the same each day. Theme nights and variety would be better. Alberto was top notch around the pool.

This was our 3rd stay here and as always we had a great time. Things were a little different with making reservations for the steakhouse but I'm sure that was because it was SO BUSY! We were able to make it to Galerie de Sens, the steakhouse a few times and the Mexican and Italian restaurants. The Italian restaurant was a little disappointing because we were the 1st ones in there but it took over 45 minutes to get our food and the 3-4parties behind us got all their food, dessert and left before we got ours. The pools are always great, theres plenty to do with my 12 and 5 year old boys. We all had a great time and didn't want to leave The piols are always greatthe breakfast buff

Clean room, friendly staffs, Family-friendly. Pools are good. Bars are good, food was delicious. One downside was that restaurant reservations were only opened on the same day and could be made online only. At times, it was difficult to access the system, so we were unable to visit some of the restaurants. We also felt that there wasn’t enough information about which restaurants required reservations, and it would have been helpful to have a hotel map. We didn’t get a chance to fully explore all areas of the hotel.

My room was cleaned, but they never did the floors our entire stay, so they got pretty bad. There are absolutely no face clothes on site, they are understaffed. I feel bad for the staff because they are working so hard, but they do not have enough to keep up. The place is falling apart and it is not clean, the lounge chairs in the lobby are filthy, walls are dirty, there is a big hole in the walking bridge over the pools. The beach is full of seaweed and it stinks, a lot. I do not recommend this resort. I honestly have no idea how they have the reviews they do. The food is average, I was expecting some good seafood and fresh fruit but they ran out of the fruit early in the day. All the food they actually ran out of all the time, the ice cream for the kids, the snacks, the breakfast items in the morning, they were continually running out certain food items.

Excelente atención, pero instalaciones y comida deficientes. Aunque el equipo de trabajo es sumamente amable y servicial, la experiencia general fue mala. La comida deja mucho que desear, no hay orden con el uso de los camastros (siempre apartados) y la playa estaba llena de sargazo, caminamos unos metros más y habían playas de otros hoteles limpias.No lo recomendaría.

This resort smells like turtle water only the bathroom smells good the stink smell is every where. Food- very bland and did not pay homage to the culture. there are only 4 options of dine buffet/ steakhouse (requires reservations *hard to do ) ( Mexican - always packed / Italian ( just what’s left but not seasoning. They do not have enough staff for the amount of people that are at the resort the visitor to staff ratio is very unbalanced. BEACH - is completely dirty the water is brown and you should not get in it they Have water activities that no one is doing because the space they want you to stay in is so limited. But the water looks infected and there is trash washing up on the shore. The beach are is super small. POOL THE pool area is annoying they have too meny people and not enough beach chairs they don’t have enough towels they are always running out and there is a 2 hour wait for fresh ones because of the early hold my chair all day at the pool people. DRINKS - all watered down they taste like absolutely nothing best drink i had WAS A GINGER-ALE.they advertise drinks that they do not have the ingredients for everything shuts down at 10pm there will be nothing to do on the resort after 935pm. KIDS - this is highly recommend for kids under 10 that are small if you have a big kid that is over 150cm they will not get to do anything except go to baby daycare and they might not like it because of all the small size kiddos is what it caters To.

Hotel hermoso, instalacion y habitacion todo padrisimo pero no creo volver a ir porque la gente como recepcionistas, concierges, meseros son muy pesimos en servicio, todos enojados, amargos y muy secos. Para el check in 1hr de fila. a pesar de que No dan informacion si no preguntas, y si preguntas contestan 0 amable? solo enseña con su dedo a QR, servicios muy lentos. Necesitan mas variedad en la comidad o mas restaurantes, para desayunar tienen que ir antes de las 8 para evitar larga fila. Para cena tambien se tardan muchisimo para servir. Todas actividades se acaban a las 10 muy temprano, los bares tambien se cierran a las 11, room service tambien viene como 24hr pero antes de las 11 dicen ya no tienen nada se acabaron. No pueden hacer nada en la noche solo los niños disfrutan con tanta actividad, pero se pierden mucho tiempo en espera para todos, ni un dia alcanzamos para ver el show ya que es a las 8 pero justo la hora se cena 7 o 8. Espero que se mejoren en su servicio.

Room is clean and spacious but the bathroom had a noticeable cigarette smell, which made the space feel unclean and poorly prepared. There appeared to be consistent understaffing across the resort, which impacted the overall experience. At check-in, only two front desk agents were working; despite just two families ahead, the wait was approximately 40 minutes in line and another 20 minutes to complete the process. Service at the buffet was limited, with no staff checking in or offering drinks. The same issue was noticeable at the pool, where very few staff were present and service was only available if you actively flagged someone down. On the final day, room service was unreachable between 7:00–7:40 AM, with no answer despite multiple attempts.

Es la tercera vez que vamos al hotel, nos encantaba , y en ésta ocasión decidí ir sola con mis 2 hijos pequeños de 4 y 6 años ... desde la llegada en recepción el check in lentísimo, estuve en la fila como 30 minutos y solo había 1.persona adelante de mí, no me dejaron pagar con efectivo la estancia, nunca hubo toallas disponibles para la playa y piscina, todos los días usabamos las que teníamos en la habitación, la gente aparta camastros desde las 4 am !! Yo bajaba 6:30 am y literal alcanzaba los últimos 2 que quedaban por suerte... la comida bajó muchísimo de calidad, se siente en seguida como tienen menos presupuesto, el personal bastante cansado sin ganas de atender... nada que ver a las experiencias pasadas! La única que fué un amor fué Alejandra de animación, ella siempre amable y dispuesta Igualmente en el restaurante el único que nos volteó a ver fué Irving ... En el buffet la hosstes nos asignaba mesa lejos de la comida, me deja claro que no tienen hijos y no empatizan, yo les preguntaba si podía ponerme más cerca de la comida porque venía sola con los niños y me decían sí, así que elegí por segunda vez la mesa en donde Irving nos había atendido muy amable y otro mesero super grosero no quiso atendernos, quizá quería una familia grande pensando que le iban a dejar propina ... fué un momento muy incómodo, intentó echarme de la mesa con mis dos hijos... se acercó un supervisor para intentar reparar y fué amable pero lamentable el comportamiento del otro mesero.

I read a lot of reviews and I was a bit hesitant to go here but in the end, Sensira felt like home to my girls and I. It was worth every penny. The staff absolutely amazing, friendly and super hardworking. You cannot but feel their energy. It was my birthday and my daughters and we got a lovely surprise in the room. I loved the activities during the day by the pool. Food was good too, I’m not so picky so it was great for me and a lot of variety at the buffet restaurant. I loved going to the food shack all the time as well. Although I wished we could play on the beach but I get it’s the seaweed season. Still it was a lovely time. Shout out to Tony the bell boy, the front desk staff, the bartenders, Irma, every single person was amazing. I will definitely return again. We miss it there already.

-Limpieza - mala, nos quedamos 5 noches y no hicieron el cuarto dos días -Alberca- La alberca literalmente tenía popo y tuvieron que cerrarla -Nunca había toallas para la alberca -No había camastros suficientes y si apartabas el tuyo a las 6 de la mañana te lo robaban al igual que las toallas y somrbillas -Poco personal en las barras y restaurantes -Poca cantidad de comida en los buffets para la cantidad de huespedes por lo que se terminaba rápido y no resurtían -En las cenas te hacían esperar hasta una hora y media por una mesa con la excusa de que tenían pocos meseros ya que tenían varias mesas vacías -45 minutos de fila para hacer el check-out se me hace un exceso cuando solo te cortan una pulsera. El hotel está bonito pero la operación pésima, quedamos sin ganas de volver la verdad

So I’ve contemplated on writing this review because of all the good reviews it had previously and that is why I booked at this resort. Overall, the property aesthetic wise was very nice, but the service the staff was highly understaffed and overworked towels was nearly impossible to get during pool time and replenishing of the room. We were not able to swim at the beach in front of the resort at all due to the amount of seaweed, they could not remove and provided a barrier from the sand to the ocean. The staff that we did encounter were very nice and helpful but again overworked the restaurants were OK and their main restaurant that everyone wanted to eat at you were unable to get reservations

They out of everything when you need them in anywhere. Towel finished, chairs full, buffet, steak finished, straw finished, omelet finished, taco finished, pizza never seen it in 6 days. Ohh you eat everyday same thing. But desert chef’s perfect. Al employee hospital even they don’t speak English they are trying to help all the time. Don’t even think about to swim at beach. Beach is finished I mean closed :?

I’m one of those people that don't normally write reviews but this place needed some feedback. Overall, great looking resort but a lot smaller than most of the typical larger resorts like a Barcelo for example. Food was constantly out, basic kids options like ketchup, nuggets, fries, ice cream was non existent without having to track some down. Kids options on the buffet were extremely limited. The buffet for snacks were always low and needed to remind staff to refill. The pool chairs were always taken by 8am and if you aren’t an early riser, there was 0 hope that you and your family were getting a chair. There wasn’t a huge focus on kids activities during the day (there is an awesome little trampoline park) but our kids had a ton of fun and that was the most important thing. The shows at night were great and kids enjoyed them. Biggest fail - food choice for kids and food availability at all buffets, pool chairs, towels (always had to wait 20+ minutes for them) and lines for everything. For the kind of money we spent, would go to a larger resort with more options.

Didn’t partake in the business facilities. Rooms were clean for sure. There were paint chips and paint drippings constantly on the deck. Staff overall weren’t very friendly or accommodating. Didn’t park although there did seem to be lots of cars on the up and down ramp the whole time we were there. The road in and out was in terrible condition. There was not enough staff and lineups absolutely everywhere we went. Which is why I think the staff weren’t overly friendly. They were overworked and under-appreciated.

Ocean was visible from my room. People are very friendly. Alicia from "Trampoline exercise " was so friendly. Great coach. We had so much fun jumping on the trampoline every morning. Isabelle - the life guard girl as well. Very friendly and nice. Fun in the pool aerobic also. The only thing we where missing is walking roads, except the beach. You can walk only around the pool and lobby
