First they ruined hole experience by lying about pay by credit card. They want to pay by cash because pay by credit card would need bank name, account number, bank address etc. By the spanish law, but when I did ask about that from other hotels that was lie. They clearly wanted money off the book. Toilet ceanliness is poor and all the way hotel is far far away from its best moments.

Overall terrible experience. The bed for uncomfortable the room was hot and outdated and the towels were like cardboard. We asked to be reimbursed for the night we weren’t going to use because it was that bad and we found another hotel. Of course, they said that they cannot refund us the money, but they were quick to charge us the entire day upon check-in. Stay away from this place.

Hotel semplice e (visti i prezzi di oggi) abbastanza conveniente. Pulito e in una posizione comoda. Purtroppo niente panorama dalla finestra. La stanza è pulita e spaziosa. Tuttavia le parti comuni dell'hotel ha bisogno di alcune riparazioni. Un po' scomodo l'orario di check in se arrivate la sera.

Tendría que llamarse pensión y no hotel.

La televisión no funcionaba, internet tampoco, hablé directamente con el quien correspondía sobre eso y su respuesta fue que si quería que me devolvía el dinero y que me buscara otro hotel, yo contraté unos servicios que no me ofrecieron, y me pareció muy mal la respuesta del dueño.

Enkelt, men rent och bekvämt.

Tejuma är ett enkelt alternativ av boende. Receptionist vänlig, rum och badrum rent. Hotellet ligger nära centrum, vilket är bra.

Très bon rapport qualité/prix

Acceuil très sympathique. Hotel bien placé à5-10 minutes du front de mer. Chambre spacieuse et propre avec une terrasse. Salle de bain grande et propre. Le tout pour un prix très économique.

We loved the place! Friendly staff, great location, very clean, spacious rooms, quiet, lovely roof terrace, super fast broadband. Everything as it should be. Next time we are in Puerto de la Cruz we will stay at this hotel that’s for sure!

Buena relación calidad/precio

Habitación amplia con camas cómodas. Zona silenciosa muy cercana a la zona turística. Las instalaciones están un poco anticuadas pero todo estaba limpio y no faltaban comodidades. Personal muy amable y atento. Muy buena relación calidad/precio.
