As a single woman traveller I had a great stay. I found the hotel staff welcoming, helpful and efficient. A small problem with the shower was fixed within minutes of my reporting it. The hotel was central, rooms clean and tidy. Not modern, but very comfortable. Food was great good choice and something for everyone tastes and drinks on All inclusive were also good. Roof top pools great views and clean and tidy area...sun loungers always available and mats. Staff friendly and reception staff helpful and knowledgeable. Great value for money and will stay here again definitely. Mixed visitors so its not just for English but everyone was friendly and sociable.

The initial receptionist was ‘cool’ towards us on arrival. Other staff members were great, and on leaving the female receptionist was so helpful and friendly. It’s a great place to stay. We had a double room on the 8th floor , very big room , plenty of space, very large bed, dantastic the hotel is a short stroll from the city center and lago martinez ( great artificial pool); worth a visit for a day but i would recommend to use the hotel facility as the pool is nice. i tried the indoor and outdoor pool , im satisfied with both, visited the SPA for a relaxing massage it was great. Reception staff were extremely helpful and friendly however, breakfast staff were rude. Good choice at breakfast; fruit, pastries, hot food choices. The room 314 had a corner balcony and was lovely but didn’t really get the sun. Room very clean, cleaning staff lovely. Beach is 5 min walk away and nice restaurants are 8 mins walk ; hotel is close to bus station The resort is so clean and quiet. I would definitely stay here again.

We had room 4th flr which overlooked the pool & gardens of the BeLive nxt door. Lovely views. electronic muzak played at the pool. Request a room facing the BeLive Hotel. It's worth it. The rm is a studio with a bathroom, kitchen alcove, bed & balcony. There is air conditioning in the room but this is a hotel and the temp etc is centrally controlled.
