This hotel was cozy. The swimming pool was clean and eating on the pier was great. The breakfast was delicious and the manager was very helpful with all of our questions. I would definitely stay here again.

The property was great for me and my family. The room was spacious and had 5 beds, my family was comfortable. The beds were comfortable as well, good mattress. The staff was very efficient, nice and courteous.

Great little gem!

Such a little gem! It’s not quite the same as the bigger hotel in Livingston but this place has so much charm and great rooms for families. The included breakfast was a nice perk and the service was great. Jovanni and the rest of the staff were so helpful and friendly. Plus, the WiFi and A/C were strong enough for this family of 4. I would agree with some other reviews that there are some areas that could use a fresh coat of paint & the pool needs a little love too but it wouldn’t keep us from staying here. We will definitely be back! Bonus, you can get dropped off at the hotel by your lancha instead of the main dock and hauling your bags!

Not worth the money, go somewhere else

It was okay at best. Booked cause it had decent reviews and nice photos, the place felt outdated. Only one staff on location at any time and they weren’t very friendly. They did point me in the right direction to get laundry done, so I guess that’s something. The pool was unusable! The photos made it look so nice but all the tiles on the steps to get in were broken and sharp, and it had a ton of algae in it the one day we went to use it, which just made it feel unsafe. The room itself was decent, spacious with a much needed Ac that worked great. The “king” bed was two twin pushed together, which is fine but they were very hard and pillows were janky. The shower had good hot water but not good pressure. Oh and the restaurant was non existent. We were told that breakfast was available but when we tried it was closed and no one was around, ever! None of the amenities that were listed were available. Luckily we were able to get food right next door and if we were to ever come back to Livingston we would honestly go somewhere else!

The best thing about the place is Yobany! He is an amazingly helpful manager. He helped us get our passports taken care of. He recommended wonderful places to see and visit. He went above and beyond to help everyone. When I return this is where I will be staying!

Lovely room. Nice breakfast in a dining room with a view over the water and boat pontoons. The Consierge there was incredibly knowledgeable about Livingston. Nothing was too much when it came to helping us.

Séjour convenable d’une nuit

Séjour convenable d’une nuit pour faire une escale rapide à Livingston, situé à 10min à pied de l’embarcadère public, hôtel correcte mais qui demande à être un peu rafraîchi, chambre Vista Del Mar correcte également avec air conditionné sofa et douche privée (un peu plus d’attention à la propreté serait un plus car traces dans la cuvette, literie avec traces de sang et de surligneur ..), petit déjeuner local à l’étage, piscine pas très propre lors de notre séjour (dommage nous y avons juste fait un bain de pieds du coup), ponton très sympathique avec table chaises et hamac (le lever du soleil y est splendide).

Accueil très sympa à livingston

Hotel confortable à Livingston, avec une piscine agréable. Chambre impeccable, avec même une petite vue sur le front de mer depuis les chambres situées sur le "ponton". Accueil top : nous sommes partis avant l'ouverture du bar dans lequel est servi le petit déjeuner, et la personne de l'accueil s'est spécialement levée pour nous préparer du café et du pain toasté à 6H du matin, pour ne pas que nous partions sans manger. Merci pour cette attention, ce n'est pas si fréquent !

Bonne adresse mais intérêt de Livingston à revoir.

Bel établissement légèrement suranné dans un style oldschool, un peu a l' écart du centre donc calme, petite piscine un peu fraîche, seul gros bémol le restaurant en restauration oblige à prendre le petit déjeuner sur la route très bruyante. Dommage car le restaurant donne sur la mer est semble très paisible. Propose des massages thaïs très corrects pour le prix (1 heure 180 Q).
