"It took three days to get tv service, otherwise it was a comfortable and large condo"

"Great space. Quiet and private yet less than 5 minutes walk to the fun and noise and people restaurant row. Best of both worlds is you need peace and quiet, yet good food and music/entertainment in a small little community. Great pool, spacious bedrooms, full stocked kitchen with even details that many condos don't provide like the cooking oil, drinking water, napkins, paper towels, salt pepper, sugar, candles out on the veranda etc. The little things add up. Great staff. Awesome cleaning...

"I loved the canal view from my room. There is a swimming pool and a "pool" was created with ocean water and tropical fish, that has water flowing in from the boat canal. It was early May, low season, when I stayed and I felt like I had the place to myself. The room was nice and had everything I needed. You might want to rent a bike or a golf cart to get around. I loved Puerto Adventuras. The ocean water was calm and clear to swim/snorkel in because of the artificial reef. Very safe and...

"We have a issue whit our toilet for 2 days was making wear noises after you flushed, they give me a massage for me and my wife, but was kind of disturbed, also the page in Expedia said that you have one bottle of bounle wine per stay and they said than no and they charge me for bottle, there some amenities that they don’t have anymore but still advertised. "

"Excelente atencion de la srita Sonia ..siempre estuvo al pendiente de la llegada del vuelo y horario puntual...con amabilidad nos recibio llegando a un lugar limpio y agradable...solo por recomendacion ampliar el baño...pues ahi se nos hizo muy pequeño...y se salia el agua...fue el unico detalle...de ahi en fuera servicio excelente..Dios les bendiga....lo recomendamos totalmente ."
