"Staff is very supportive. The breakfast is organized by shifts. The rooms were clean, with new towels every day. There's free parking and the hotel is close to downtown, just few minutes walk. Very nice experience "

"This is excellent choice if you are staying for longer period of time in Pucon. It is in walking distance to city center and lake Villarrica.It does have a secured parking. The lofts are comfortable and spacious. Well equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook if you choose to do so. The host was very helpful and we received a complimentary bottle of wine."

"This cozy and comfortable hostería is a true gem in the city of Pucón. I had just arrived in town, and was looking for a central place to explore the area. Everything about Lounge Brazil exceeded my expectations, from the location to the accommodations to the warm and helpful staff. Nothing is fancy here, but it’s perfect for an efficient and relaxing stay. The daily breakfast was extensive and delicious! "This was my 5th time staying at Enjoy Pucón, and overall I still had a great experience. Not everything was perfect this time around. I was given a rear-facing room instead of a lake-view room, which was a bit disappointing. Also, when I asked for ice, I was surprised that they charged to bring it up to the room. Small things like that can hurt the hotel’s reputation. The spa facilities are okay. I spent two days there and paid over $150 for additional massages. Unfortunately, both sessions...

"Great large and clean room. Friendly and very accommodating staff. We had very nice and quiet 3nights and breakfasts. The only thing to know was that the hotel is located a bit out of Pucon and if you try to get to Pucon in the evening you will very possibly hit traffic at tge entrance of town. Except that, everything was great"
