Pucón

"This is excellent choice if you are staying for longer period of time in Pucon. It is in walking distance to city center and lake Villarrica. It does have a secured parking. The lofts are comfortable and spacious. Well equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook if you choose to do so. The host was very helpful and we received a complimentary bottle of wine."

"The hotel is very clean and in a great location. Very friendly staff and the breakfast is excellant. The room and bathroom are on the smaller side but very comfortable."

"We had a lovely 5 day stay at the hotel. It has a 90s feeling and I lived it. Every corner has amazing views. Staff is helpful and welcoming. Rooms are very clean and stylish. I definitely recommend this place and would like to visit again"

"Hairdryer and easier checkout Ways to pay clearer on website"

"Effective and pleasant customer service. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Excellent location in the middle of the town - one block from the main street (Bernardo O'Higgins). Serviced and large clean room."

Buena ducha "

"Truly amazing hotel. Staff/Food/Trips can't be criticised. Hotel helped me to arrange a trip to climb Villarica Volcano. The guides they use to climb the volcano are top notch also"

"👍 excelente , lo recomendamos"

"The woman in the front office was very kind and friendly. She even gave us an upgrade to a larger room at no extra charge. She was flexible and let us check in early. The room itself was spotless and everything worked. It had a complete kitchen with everything we needed to cook several meals. The bathroom even had a bidet attachment which is often unavailable when travelling. The hotel's windows had stunning views of the lake. The grounds are beautiful and there is even a pool and area...

"Very clean and comfy room, friendly staff and even friendlier cats <3"

"The cabin is nice the host very nice. No bathroom towel it’s was very cold At Night and there was a fire place box. With only 3 Logs that were Too big To light with out kindling. Maybe a bit more attention to detail. I would stay again. "
