"This is a gorgeous hotel. Beautifully furnished and decorated, with a great little bar and good restaurant. Excellent cocktail menu and all about €6. Meals very reasonably priced. Reception staff could not have been more helpful, with recommendations about vineyards to visit, arranging taxis, making calls and bookings. Breakfast excellent, what you would expect and more. Lots of choice. We booked a studio, and well sized room with lots of space but slightly odd as it had a kitchen and dining...

"The staff was very helpful. We were allowed early check in for a fee. We were grateful as we had taken an all night very rough train ride from Belgrade. We must also mention the breakfast. It was superb."

We were the only guests having breakfast with another couple and it was very underwhelming and disappointing we paid for it. I would recommend staying here for sure but skip out on breakfast unless they can sort it out better."

The check in process was super quick, however when we got to the room we saw that the bed hadn’t been prepared - no pillows and duvet cover. I think they weren’t expecting for anyone to use the room that evening as it was booked at the last minute, but they should have ensured that the room was fully ready when the reservation came through. "While the bed was comfortable, and there was hot water, and a working fridge, the venue itself leaves a lot to be desired. It's convenient for the bus station. But the corridor smelled like spoiled milk or vomit and cigarettes. The smell was nauseating."

"Really no price-value. Paying 15 euros rather than the 60 would be more adequate for the untidiness and filthiness of the room and bathroom. Being unprepared in recieving a guest cannot excuse that level of uncleanliness. Finding a dirty shirt that wasn't mine was the moment I decided to sleep in my clothes in the bed. The owner is nice enough in doing the bare minimum. Seems to have come into the years. Don't usually leave reviews but can't let other people take similar uninformed decisions."
