Nice clean boutique hotel. Breakfast good and rooms seem new. Service is also good. However I would suggest for a 5 star hotel to have a coffee machine in the room and a tissue box.

There is nothing to not like about this hotel. The staff were friendly & welcoming, the breakfast was lovely, the room was spacious & comfortable, also spotlessly clean with a great view. It had an old world charm about it too. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel

A very nice hotel in an excellent location. Staff were helpful and friendly. Couldn't get the tv to work but not exactly a big deal. Very clean and in a good condition.

I only wish I could have stayed longer. Excellent service…even chocolates in the room. The sauna/spa was the main reason I booked and it didn’t disappoint after a hike to Bobotov Kuk. Highly recommend.

The hotel was very nice looking. Inside the place was very clean, it was a good size bedroom. Everything was comfortable. The breakfast was expensive £12 each and not a great standard. Coffee was not very nice either. The evening meal was nice as was the wine. The staff were good.

My welcome was very cold, no hello or welcome to hotel Ziya etc etc Just felt like I was causing trouble being there, an inconvenience to them. No 5 star wow at all. But when I checked out, guy was nice and helped book me a taxi.
