Mein Partner und ich können nur unser Lob aussprechen: unser Aufenthalt in der günstigsten Zimmerkategorie (Premium Park View Room) hat uns sehr gut gefallen: Gepflegte Ausstattung, sehr bequemes Bett, gute WLAN-Verbindung und insgesamt alles da was man für eine kurze (oder auch längere) Auszeit braucht – auch haben wir täglich zwei kostenlose Flaschen Wasser bekommen. Leckeres Frühstück mit guter Auswahl (auch was Getränke angeht). Und überaus positiv zu erwähnen seien noch der große Wellness- und Fitness-Bereich, der direkte private Strandzugang und fußläufig erreichbare Restaurants und Supermärkte. Eigentlich die einzigen Mankos in unseren Augen: das mit 48.00 Euro pro Person recht teure Abendbuffet im Terazza Main Restaurant mit wenig vegetarischer/veganer Auswahl und dass die Barka Beach Bar geschlossen war (vermutlich wegen Nebensaison).

Stunning property, amazing amenities and staff. Driving here can be tricky but the hotel made every effort to make this a seamless process with picking us up with the golf cart and transferring our luggage. This hotel is 5 star luxury.

Mixed experience

I have mixed feelings about this hotel. I travel a lot so I’m basing this on 40 years of travel experience to hotels of all categories. Pros are many: Location is fabulous. Pools, spa, beach, rooms, house keeping all fabulous. Two things really put us off - every time we went to the beach we had to insist on having two towels to fully cover our beach beds. All other guests received two towels with no fuss and we only got ours when we pointed this out. After three days in a row we were fed up. We were told the hotel is full - frankly, plan better and buy more towels. For a 5 star hotel and the room rate we paid, I expect to have a towel long enough to cover my beach bed, even if this needs two towels. Secondly, there is nowhere to sit and have a drink and play a non gambling board game or game of cards because apparently the casino rules are that no card games can be played outside the casino. I don’t gamble out of principal. I stayed at the hotel because of the beach and pool facilities. It left us with no entertainment in the evenings. We were asked to leave the bar when we sat down and tried to play a game of rummy. Therefore the hotel missed out on 3 nights of drinks from our group. Your guests need to know this.

Hotel muy recomendado!!!

Un hotel moderno con todas las comodidades, con playa, alberca al aire libre y techada, jacuzzi, spa, restaurants, etc. Pero lo q mas me gustó fué el area donde se encuentra, saliendo del hotel, caminando hay varios restaurantes muy tipicos, es como un area de gente local, pescadores y puedes tomar un paseo en barco. Pasamos 2 días muy agusto, relajados y comimos delicioso, muy recomendado!!!

Beautiful views from our spacious seaview room with balcony. Lots of sights within walking distance, nice restaurants 2 mins from the hotel. Kotor and Budva are short drives away. The breakfast selection was good.

Grundsätzlich ist das Hotel für uns sehr schön gewesen. Dafür das es allerdings 5 Sterne hat müssten einige der Mitarbeiter dringend an Service und Aufmerksamkeit arbeiten. Sehr gut ist der Service im Restaurant, zumindest von den dort arbeitenden Mitarbeiterinnen( das männliche Personal sollte den service nochmal überdenken)und Zimmerreinigung zu bewerten. Im Pool und Spa bzw. Innenpoolbereich lässt die Motivation der Mitarbeiter sehr zu wünschen übrig und müsste aus unserer sicht, immer mit wissen um die 5 sterne Kategorie des hotels, sehr zu wünschen übrig.

The room view is amazing, but is not very feasible without car, unless if you aren’t staying in the casino the whole time. If you are going to tourism and have a car, fine. 20mins driving. Taxi in Montenegro is chaotic, the people drive crazy, the food in the hotel is nasty, the room service is nasty, has no taste, salmon dry, and they sent us salt and pepper to pour on the food, but the salt was wet and the pepper is empty. I believer nobody asked for room service, but it’s the only option many time of the days, specially off season. The English is limited at the reception, we had only 1 employee at the casino that was very natural speaking and having a conversation with us. Everybody else was kinda robotized and scared us a little bit. The amenities and room with the sea view is 10/10. Location is 7/10 Food 2/10 People communication is 5/10
