"Pictures of the room when I booked it were completely different when we arrived. The room was not 4 star at all carpets stained windows dirty no towels or robes. When I complained they never even responded to me at all. Worst hotel I have ever stayed and will not ever use them again. Other than that I made the best of it. Not much you can do when they dont even respond. Also says your 3 min walk from the beach its more like a 6 to 10 min walk"

"Canadian guests, my wife and I, we stayed for 7 days as the first part of our trip to Montenegro and Croatia. Very good hotel. Parking included which is important when you have a car. On the opposite side of the bay of budva old town, but not a downside as it allowed us to walk 20min to old town and get our steps in. It’s faster to walk than driving or taking a taxi during peak season. Free beach access was nice to have as well (first row sun loungers), but we only used it once are there are...

"From the minute we arrived we were taken care of in the fullest sense of the word. The staff at Infinity helped us with all of our requests and inquiries during the entirety of our stay, everything from arranging dinner reservations to car rides and even suggesting sights/restaurants. One day we expressed interest in going to Jaz beach and everything was arranged for us - a personal driver took us there and back and when at the beach we were completely taken care of. I can say with 100% honesty...

"The staff was very friendly and breakfast was made to order which I enjoyed. The pools was beautiful and clean, and a nice option if you didn’t want to walk to the beach. I had issues with my air conditioning that kept turning off whenever I tried to change the setting, though I didn’t hear much of anyone else having those problems. Staff did what they could to resolve those issues. Over all I would recommend this stay."
