Royal Inn Provo
Clean large room. Had extra table to work on if you desired. A/C-heat worked well. The motel was old, you could tell but well-kept up. No breakfast available.

This is the place to stay near BYU in Provo. It is clean, modern and efficient. Breakfast is fantastic, and it's within easy drive or long walk to campus. Highly recommend!

This is the most bare-bones hotel I’ve ever been in. No hairdryer, no iron, one bar of soap to share between the shower and sink, no Kleenex, no extra toilet paper, etc. You can get things at the front desk, if they are available. Sleep Inn Provo near University
Rooms were decent pool and hot tub were good. Keycards had a little bit of issues but why I gave it a 3 star is there walls are very thin you heard everything
