"Barn door in bathroom was completely off track and damaged. I reported it and an engineer visited who confirmed it had to be completely replaced. He also mentioned a lot of the rooms in the tower I stayed in (C) needed repairs."

"Worse hotel on the hemisphere. Rats running around like they pay bills. Rat scent was coming from behind the bed. That was my cue yet tend to ignore it.
