The staff were amazing. The lady who checked me in, I believe her name was Tammy (please forgive me if I’m mistaken), was super friendly and helpful. Overall one of the best stays I’ve ever had even though it was just for a night.

The king room with the couch was very comfortable. It was clean, well-maintained, and quiet. The temperature was easy to control and the blackout shades worked great. The walk-in shower was very nice, although the water pressure was lacking. Good included continental breakfast.

Location, Location, Location!!!! We were able to turn our rental car in the day before and enjoy a relaxing morning at the hotel before WALKing to the airport... That is right, walking from the hotel to the airport. The hotel room was so quiet, breakfast was delicious and the staff could not have been nicer. I highly recommend this hotel. I don't know why other airports haven't figured this out. If I could give this hotel 6 stars I would have!

Welcomed by friendly and helpful staff. Very convenient to airport and local bus service. Good parking. Landscaping softens the look of the hotel. Very well maintained. Iron Works restaurant is an easy walk with a good menu. Hyatt Place will staff prepare light food - sandwiches, chicken wings, wine, beer … I’ve stayed here several times when arriving/ departing Rhode Island.

This is a lovely hotel connected to the airport. The staff were kind and supportive of all requests. The breakfast was tasty. The physical look of the hotel is not opulent like a 5 star hotel but the staff offers 5 star service. The bed offers a comfortable sleep.

The Hyatt is absolutely wonderful….the amenities are great…..the front desk staff is on point they are very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Housekeeping did a great job on cleaning the room! The kitchen staff did a fantastic job on the breakfast it was very good! This is my 4th year coming to this hotel and I will continue to come yearly, because they are the best!!

Loved this hotel. Especially for a hotel near an airport, this far exceeded my expectations. Super friendly staff, small touches like nice snacks available at the front desk for reasonable prices (even available late night!), a nice workout room and pool, cute breakfast area. really loved this stay. Also Paul was especially wonderful at the front desk!

Not a bad stay but the television system they have requires pairing with your cel phone which proved to be quite unreliable and difficult , Given it was a stormy weekend it would have been nice to watch a movie. No maid service, only one bar of soap . Breakfast was decent for a hotel breakfast . Front desk was friendly but had no knowledge of TV pairing system.
