"Craig, at front desk was excellent, patient, and helpful, despite being very busy, and possibly alone. Room was just ok, visibly broken handle on fridge, chips in cabinet could have been fixed, room too cold, wasn’t able to adjust. I did like and appreciate Uber to airport, Craig helped with."
