"This property far exceeding my expectations. The property itself is so gorgeous, very VERY clean, the rooms are so beautiful and balconies have amazing views of the Himalayan mountains. It was so much fun watching the monkeys everyday playing in the trees and rooftops all around the hotel. The sunrise and sunset views over the Himalayan mountains are the most amazing sunrise and sunset I have ever seen before. The sunset truly felt like I was in heaven. "I think this was the best hotel room, wise cleaning wise everything location wise best hotel I have stayed in india me husband and the rest of the family were really happy. Nice clean rooms really nice beds. Everything good only thing I did not like about is the cost of the food is too expensive the roadies they were given us literally a joke they should work on their roti and their food make the prices a little less everything else is good."

"It was very conveient to be able to walk to the hotel from the train station on arrival. The staff were exceptionally friendly and service oriented. I was pleased with the size and cleaniless of the room. Glad there was extra blankets as Shimla does get cold. Mornings i enjoyed having the breakfast options, paratha and chai and scrambled eggs got me going for the day!"

"Fantastic location but very difficult to find as Hotels.com reported it as being in Shimla, rather than the reality of being 20km distant. Also not so impressed after difficult 16 hour journey from Delhi (holiday traffic and minor landslips following monsoon rain) to be told at midnight by reception that there was no booking. Strength of following 'discussion' eventually proved we did indeed have a booking. Rooms and hotel facilities very tired now when once must have been special. But still...

"Bedsheets had holes, Hotel is very down and we need to go down a steep passage to reach hotel. 25 minutes from Shimla Railway Station. 15 Minutes from Mall Road."
