"Amazing staff and amenities!"

"Coffee maker in room did not work but helpful person in restaurant provided a free cup. Buffet can be missed. Loud HVAC in hall needs repair 8th floor. Room needs better lighting."

"Hotel stay was fantastic. The only issue I had was during checkout. I had to check out early due to travel plans changing. The desk clerk was helpful during the afternoon and left a note for the early morning desk clerk. When I went to the front desk to check out the clerk was nowhere to be found. The placard at the front desk had a number to call for immediate assistance, this would have been helpful had that number not direct you to the phone at that counter. 20 minutes later the clerk returned and assisted me with checking out. Outside of this fringe example, it was a great stay and well worth the price."

"We stayed there for two nights and it was easy to park (although $20 per night) and the hotel was clean along with our room. The shower drained, no water collecting while showering!"
