"Dieses Guesthouse kann man nicht empfehlen. Seruni kennt niemand vor Ort. Am Haus steht ASTUNGKARA - Uns wurde zunächst eine Besenkammer zugewiesen, obwohl Twin-Bed gebucht, nur ein Kingbett. Nach Beschwerde und bösen Blicken anderes Zimmer erhalten. Ohne Handtücher und Toilettenpapier. Das haben wir uns dann selbst organisiert. Niemand war vor Ort. "Blasting Speakers from Mosque, 2 doors away.! Other than that, the town centre is beautiful,and the people very friendly too. BeCareful of bus journey. Scams galore ! Take Train !"

"The place is a little rundown. Constructions around the house were so noisy. Bathroom looks dirty or old. Many small broken things that owner can easily fix to make the place more welcoming were not done. We were very close to abandoning the place and take the loss but there were no available options at the time. This is basically your last resort. "

"Hello, This is not a small hotel as the pictures seem to show. This is basically a place renting rooms to people arriving in the evening for an early morning rise to see sunrise on Mt Bromo. I have never seen rooms and bathrooms so dirty, the bed sheet were dirty. There is no reception at all. We were obviously not expected on arrival. Lucky my friend could speak indonesian to find some food in the evening and a driver for the next morning. Certainly not a place i would recommend to independent...

"We were checked in right away. The room had a bed, two blankets and a bathroom without a sink. The water was cold. We asked for another blanket because it was so cold and staff wouldn’t provide even though there was no one else in the other rooms. Close to the Bromo entrance gate. I would only stay here for one night."
