Room is small and ideal for solo trip. Parking is terrible. “First come first serve” not ideal when you’re arriving at midnight. The streets aren’t the safest. Other than that, room is clean, modern, and cute. Kiosk staff really helpful and easy to check in and out.

It’s a beautiful, cozy, clean Hotel. The complementary breakfast in the beautiful restaurant on the 17th floor with the panoramic review of LA is an added bonus. I have been staying in this hotel many times.

i travelled with my family. it's a virtual staff but the lady who help us was very accommodating. she explained everything and even offer some good recommendations where to eat good food as it was our first time . will definately use it again

Nice staff, room has everything it needs. there was blood stains on the lamp shade. also all the doors on the closet in front of the fridge could use WD40 it's so loud. Valet is also a bit overpriced

"Unfortunately this motel is right next to the highway and therefore there were many, many bugs (beetles, cockroaches, flies) both inside and outside of our room, and on the bed. Although the staff were super helpful, we looked at the various seams in the wall (inside of our room) and saw bugs coming ..."
