"Back in my college days this unit would have been considered top of the line. The location is excellent, situated a few minutes from the touristy harbour area right next to the Lieutenant Governor's residence. The unit is fully equiped and parking a short walk away. Unfortunately we could not get the hockey game on their tv but were readily granted a late check out. Considering the price it was a deal."

Nothing can resolve the fact that Argyle Street-facing rooms are above a bar patio playing extremely loud, crappy, club music 'til after midnight. Stay here in mid-Winter or get a room facing Barrington Street."

"Great location, walking distance from everything. Room was not cleaned properly, found used dirty socks and women’s lingerie in the bathroom which was not removed. Most likely from the previous guest. "

"Very disappointed with some of the operations with this hotel. First of all, I have never heard of a hotel that does not either have a filtered water dispenser or water fountain somewhere and a vending machine to sell water is the cherry on top. There is a water cooler in the gym but it is ALWAYS EMPTY. Free breakfast is not advertised as free breakfast, I only found out after, and the elevator security is ridiculous, does not work half the time. Underground parking is a one lane for entrance...

"Charged extra for the wheelchair accessible room for the convenience of it being first floor and having a direct drive up access. The drive up access doors however are too high for a wheelchair to access. Also told the roll in shower was a premium upgrade and it was in fact very nice however the height of the bed was so high that a wheelchair user is not able to get into the bed independently. The housekeeping staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. The extra charges...
