"One day of our 3 night stay, they didn’t make up our room. We called about it, and were given several excuses as to why it wasn’t done. She should have just said, “we’re sorry we’ll send someone right up,”and we would have been fine. Did not need the excuses, they only made us mad. The room was cleaned promptly however. Other than that hiccup, it was a fabulous stay. Loved everything about this hotel!"

"The location of the hotel was excellent. So many of the city’s top highlights were well within walking distance. It was only a quick two-block stroll to the Maritime Museum of the Atlantic, and just a couple of blocks uphill to the Citadel. We enjoyed eating at the Cannery on-site, which served good food throughout our stay. The pool was a total hit, and our daughter loved spending time in it. Overall, it made for a fantastic, comfortable base for exploring Halifax!"

"Was a great spot close to downtown. The room was very spacious and had air conditioning. I really enjoyed our stay, offers breakfast in the morning. Stuff were super friendly and helpful, gave a nice restaurant suggestion within a minute's walk. parking is available in the back for cost and is limited."
