"The staff could not have been more helpful, I had to be admitted to hospital yesterday evening and my partner called the hotel who were so kind and understanding when it transpired that my belongings might need to be set aside.

"I chose this property as it was directly on top of the bus station (we were going to see Black Sabbath in Birmingham, had coach tickets from Derby to Villa Park, and the pick up point was Derby bus station).
