"This is a wonderful place to stay. It has a car park at the rear and 3 parking spots at the front. It is very secure with a personal PIN provided before book in for the doors. Very clean and smart. Big comfy bed in room 6 anyway. Nice little kitchenette. Fridge, kettle, coffee machine. Lovely shower. If I had to pick fault it would be the awful washing up liquid. "The room was lovely and clean and comfortable, we arrived and got a parking spot next to the hotel. Communication is excellent. Lighting on arrival so we could put the code into the building was fantastic. We were in the first room. It was modern with a lovely big bed, with a walk-in shower which is ideal for me as I struggle with mobility. It was a tiny step into the shower, about 2 centimetres high, which didn’t cause me any issues. The room had a big TV and settee, table, small wardrobe. We...

"Booking was easy was able to speak to staff when we had some questions . parking wasn’t a problem even though it was on public road map is given of where to park for free We stayed in Sunset Apartment it was spotlessly clean everything we needed and little extra touches as well Trams stop outside the apartment . "As soon as we stepped through the door, it felt like home from home. Clean, modern but with original features. So beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. The view from our window, that overlooked the garden, was just lovely. We cannot wait to stay there again. "

"Unique property in a central location where most of Liverpool City Centre can be accessed by walking-Caveen Club, Albert Dock etc. Plenty of space in duplex. On street parking available, but just round corner 24 hour parking for £6.95 via NCP."

"The room was great value for our stay. We stayed as an extended family, which included 4 children. The apartment was clean, comfortable and spacious. Staff were responsive and helpful when needed. We stayed on a Monday, so outdoor noise was lower, but I could hear some outdoor traffic and chatter which did wake me. This was nothing that the provided ear plugs wouldn't have prevented. I would stay again. "
