"Key essentials are very good - hot strong shower, comfortable beds. Room decor is in need of some attention, but it is big site and understandably difficult to keep on top of. Not really an issue. Front facing rooms have great views, but road traffic can start early. Otherwise was very quiet. Would recommend."

Had an issue with receiving the access codes, which i had to chase up. But, staff were very good and sorted problem straight away.

"A lovely hotel situated in a good location for exploring the Cotswolds. Superior room was excellent. A nice size with a double shower and bath. Bed was comfy. Hotel restaurant had a good choice and food was of a very good standard. Breakfast particularly set us up well for the day. Hotel staff were also welcoming and very helpful. We would definitely stay here again."

"Absolutely beautiful hotel grounds with good and relaxing vibes! The swing at the garden is a place you shouldn’t miss, the view is gorgeous indeed! I’m staying with kids and surprisingly they enjoyed the stay a lot! Staff are wonderful, polite and helpful, thank you Grace and John at the reception who made our stay even more memorable! Will definitely recommend this place and I hope I’d be back again one day!! "
"The hotel is located in the village of Blockley, one of our favourite villages in the Cotswolds, as it is completely untouristy and truly charming. It is also very close to other villages, all easily reachable within 10–15 minutes by car. The hotel rooms are a bit dated, but the staff were extremely kind and even upgraded our room, giving us a very lovely and comfortable accommodation. Breakfast, ordered from the menu, was excellent. We really enjoyed our stay"

Airconditionet bråket en del, men jeg hadde heldigvis ørepropper.
Hotellet hadde en hyggelig bakgård med sitteplasser hvor man kunne bestille mat og drikke."

"Stayed 2 nights in room 5. Very large room, with bath tub and shower over.
As building is several hundred years old the windows are not sound proofed. I overlooked the High Street and you do hear traffic. Food is fantastic "
