"My husband and I stayed one night. The area is nice and walkable. Our room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was very good. All contact with staff was professional and helpful. "
"I had a lovely comfortable room on a high floor with a great view and a window seat too! I was able to watch out cruise ship docking from my window! The staff here were also very welcoming and helpful. My aunty and I ate in the restaurant twice and had lovely food which adapted well to my dietary needs. The only disappointment really was the tea provided - I drink earl grey tea and would have loved some early grey teabags ! "

"The location is perfect, just right opposite of the Royal Albert Dock. The room is pretty small but it got everything you need. The bathroom is clean but the shower gel bottle was empty and there was a small bottle of shower gel from the former guest placed on top of the hotel shower gel."
