"The hotel staff are so friendly making us feel welcome. It is convienent for getting around, has parking and the breakfast is amazing. Would definately stay here again on next trip to Liverpool, may not be luxurious but the welcome makes it my choice."

"I had a lovely comfortable room on a high floor with a great view and a window seat too! I was able to watch out cruise ship docking from my window! The staff here were also very welcoming and helpful. My aunty and I ate in the restaurant twice and had lovely food which adapted well to my dietary needs. The only disappointment really was the tea provided - I drink earl grey tea and would have loved some early grey teabags ! "

"Excellent location on the dock with only 6 or 7 minute walk to Liverpool One.
Simple check In and check out process and the apartment is lovely. Really comfortable beds and a fan in hand in this warm weather was very welcome.
Cleanliness only got 4 out of 5 as the beds and sofas had crumbs and but under them so they hadn’t been hoovered under. "
