"The hot tub trailer that we had was beautiful. We had an amazing dinner in the restaurant after our arrival.We enjoyed the hot tub in the evening, the rain hitting the metal roof was so relaxing. "I attended on UTS2026 as a volunteer and a competitor. This hotel is about 5 mins by walking to the start line of the race. The room was clean and had almost everything I wanted. I only missed a bath tub that I wanted to use after the race, but I only got a shower. The staff were very helpful and polite. The breakfast was also fantastic. "Great location in Barmouth and useful to have a free car park within easy walking distance. Our room appeared to be recently decorated to a high standard with some nice touches like good quality coffee and water supplied. Just to beware that our room was on the top floor and required us to walk up a few flights of stairs although we were offered help with luggage. The main negative for us was the breakfast. "The location was great with a lovely sea view. All the staff were pleasant especially Josh who helped with bags . My only complaint is the standard of the room. It's very dated and needs TLC . Plaster falling off some of the walls. No bedside tables. Old shower curtain. Also breakfast was extra.
