"It was pretty hot when we were there and there was only Aircon in the living room and not the bedroom, which wasn't ideal. There are no shutters on the windows, only thin blinds and curtains so we struggled to keep the apartmemt cool. We had one fan and asked for another but it never came. The balcony is also in full sun all afternoon with no shade so was too hot out there to use until the sun went down. The kitchen was ok but only a 2 ring hob so not great for any real cooking. "The kitchen was well equipped, the balcony and the view was excellent. The bathroom was small and quite old and used. The lady at the reception was nice and kind and the owner was tolarent to our unexpected delay of check in."

"Worst hotel experience ever. I would give the hotel 1-2 stars, not 4. The rooms are not soundproofed. You have to pay a cash deposit for the minibar immediately upon arrival. Why? The beds are very uncomfortable and hard. It’s extremely noisy—you can hear everything from the reception, the cleaning staff banging their bucket at 7 AM, and the heavily trafficked road outside. "Notre chambre donnait sur la mer mais la route au dessous est bruyante avec les voitures qui passent meme la nuit. Le parking est loin dans la rue. Il n'y a plus de piscine sur le toit. L'hotel a 10 ans mais il est pas bien entretenu. La chambre est grande propre mais la moquette au sol est très sale et la tapisserie au mur se décolle ! Le petit déjeuner est très bien assez diversifié et sous forme de buffet. Il y a une kitchenette et un réfrigérateur dans le studio."

"This property is good value for its location. Staff was super helpful. The only thing I would remind anyone who wants to stay in Sveti Stefan is the amount of stairs you will need to climb from the beach to your hotel room. But this is true for most properties in the town. "

"I was denied the entry to Montenegro and contacted Orbitz help desk immediately. They contacted the property immediately as well. 3 days later the property responded that "because we have not received information from the guest of denial to the country", we will not refund any amount. The property charged me the full amount for the service they did not provide! I will not stay at the property and will advise all my network to stay away."
