"Friendly welcome, clean room"

"Front desk staff were very uninformed. They gave us times of operation and were incorrect on each occasion. When you asked them something the response would always be I don’t know. One staff in particular named Paul seemed lost. The best staff we dealt with was named Terry and she worked with housekeeping. So nice and very cordial handled every issue we had and chance us more accurate information than the front desk. "

"Pet-friendly. There were a few long black hairs in our room and we were on the 3rd floor, which made it a bit of a thing everytime we had to take the dog out. But otherwise everything was good."
