The hotel is really nice in general. The pool is heated., the rooms and beds are comfy, the AC doesn’t make noise because it doesn’t have those big AC equipment like other hotels (this is great). definitely I will stay here again.

Very nice property. Room was amazing -- spacious, well-appointed, clean. Great space, bright, new. Front desk staff friendly, restaurant staff friendly. Location is great for Baylor visit, and the river view and sunset were an additional perk. Parking was easy. Only downside was that the manager was unfriendly and stressful when trying to process some of the package perks (included breakfast, etc.) Hopefully it was a bad day, or she might need some customer service training.
