"We had a great stay at Pine Cliffs. There were a couple of points I'd highlight for improvement. The pool areas are very crowded and I think the resort would benefit from having another pool. There were no staff or life guards around the pool areas. Other than that, it was great. "

"The hotel staff were mostly excellent. Not enough Bar staff during, serving was slow. Unfortunately at the end of our holiday an extremely large contingent from 2 chartered surveyors attended the hotel, Shepherd and Hardies for a conference (lauguage around the pool, in the lifts and breakfast was appalling - more for a building site rather than a lovely hotel) which spoiled our experience. "
