"Unfortunately the weather for the week we stayed was not very good, however, the hotel was fantastic. Our room was amazing (we were lucky enough to be updated to a suite). Breakfast was great and all the staff were lovely. Having the heated pool was a life saver with the cooler weather, and we enjoyed kayaking on the lake. The location is perfect with an easy walk straight out in to the marina or a short walk to a wonderful beach. We'd recommend to anyone thinking about taking a trip to portugal and might have a return visit in warmer weather! 😀"

"The room was very clean and clean towels were provided daily. We had a great view of the sea and the harbour. There was a very good range at breakfast. It was birthday whilst I was there and I arrived back to the room to find a complimentary bottle of wine and a large slice of cake, which I thought was such a thoughtful treat. Will happily return to this hotel"

"The staff was great! The place was clean and in a good location. Great place to relax WiFi was too weak to work in our room, and staff said there was nothing they could do about it. That was the only downside."

"The hotel is in a great location, however there are many online reviews that claim the sun sets over the sea - it doesn’t. The sunsets were beautiful, but the sun went down over land not sea. The staff were really nice. The hotel had bikes for rent - but when we tried to rent them we were told they weren’t safe snd they were awaiting a new delivery. Not really a problem but why not remove the bike with the sign saying “rent me”? "

"Really surprised that epic sana was so well run. Fine dining, Uddo and Lima restaurants were all excellent. If I’d been told that fine dining was Michelin star I wouldn’t have been surprised, really top notch. The uddo japanese restaurant was also so much better than the usual sticks and sushi that are standard fare in the west, we’ve been to Japan 4 times in the last 5 years and the uddo compared well. Facilities were excellent, we chose the epic sana as my wife likes fitness classes so was well catered for. The location just above a truly beautiful beach . Our first time in albufiera and we were stunned by the beaches. We will likely return soon."
