Beautiful grand residence quiet part of Prague

The Residence is situated in a grand building with a beautiful facade, situated in a quite part of town near Wenceslas Square. The staff provided good information so we could enter late at night. Our apartment was enormous with soaring ceilings. There were only 2 rooms on our floor so it was very quite. The room was beautifully appointed and spotlessly clean. Would definitely return next time in Prague.

Magnifique appartement

Quelle surprise!!!! appartement au TOP, très propre, très bien agencé et idéalement situé (quartier calme et proche de tout). Nous sommes vraiment très satisfait et n'hésiteront pas à le recommander à nos amis. Rien à dire, PARFAIT!!!!

This was the ultimate 'contactless' stay experience. Seamless ans efficient. We're loved the duplex. Spacious, clean modern, well set out and the biggest tv ever had in accommodation. I'd definitely stay again. Great location and quiet.

레지던스형 호텔인데 가족이 가기에 좋았습니다. 가장 높은 층이었는데 한국에서 만나기 힘든 지붕에 창이 나 있는 방이어서 한 층 이색적이고 좋았어요. 전반적으로 방과 욕실 모두 깨끗하여서 좋았습니다! (사진 그대로!) 한 두가지 문제점(주방 선반 문과 욕실의 샤워헤드 걸이 등이 약간 고장나 있었음)이 있었지만 생활하는제 크게 문제 되지 않는 부분이라 불편감은 없었습니다. 프라하 성, 광장 등과는 조금 떨어져 있지만 메트로로 금방 갈 수 있고 저는 버스 이용으로 플로렌스 역에서 와야 했는데 메트로로 2정거장이면 충분했습니다. 숙소가 있는 동네 자체가 번화하거나 하진 않지만 조용해서 좋았고, 다음에 오면 또 이용할 것 같아요.

Hôtel bien situé pas loin du métro et du centre. Appartement très spacieux et très bien équipé (même avec les pastilles de machine). Mais pas de vue sur jardin. Accès à une cour. Appartement en rez de jardin sombre. Difficile de voir les gens a l office. Nous sommes restés 6 jours mais nous n'avons pas eu de ménage ni de changement de produits d'accueil alors qu'il est écrit que le ménage est fait tous les 4 jours.

Check in instructions were excellent. The apartment was nicer than I ws expecting and exceeded the discriptions/photos on line. My only disappointment was that the trams system was shut down in the area of the apartment having major renovations and that would have been a good thing to know before I arrived.

Abbiamo soggiornato dal 19 al 24 aprile, 2 adulti e 2 ragazzi. Appartamento prenotato la mansarda, molto spaziosa ed accogliente,1 camera matrimoniale con tv, grande salone con 4 posti letto e tv, bagno con vasca molto spazioso, ottima cucina con tutto ciò che occorre(piatti, pentole, posate, tazze e bicchieri, bollitore, macchina caffe americana, unica assenza delle tovagliette americane e un coltello per il pane). Condizionatore in ogni stanza. Molto gradita la bottiglia di acqua fatta trovare in frigo, oltre le 2 birre, alle 4 mele, al the e al caffe disponibili. La posizione del complesso di appartamenti è molto comoda, a 2 minuti dal Museum, dove di trova la fermata del metro, ma per scoprire la citta non servono mezzi pubblici, scendendo il vialone centrale si arriva ovunque in 15 minuti potendo ammirare gli storici edifici di Praga e passeggiando tra le bancarelle che offrono cibi e souvenir.

Search for better place

We were throwing a party, and invited some family members to Prague. We were searching for the accommodation in Prague 2. Unfortunately, one of our choices became Manesova N5 Apartments. It was a terrible stay, and we were very embarrassed our family member gad to experience it. Firstly, there was a break-in into the next apartment and there were lots of policemen. When we contacted the manager to find out what was going on, the manager lied to us claiming some guests had been robbed in the city centre, and the incident had nothing to do with their property.Secondly, apartments are not cleaned, towels are not changed. Our guest was staying for 4 days, during which we repeatedly tried to contact the manager of the property. The manager kept promising to exchange the towels the following day, however it never happened. Very poor service.

Sehr saubere Räume, alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Möbel sind schon etwas älter, aber in Schuss. Das Personal ist äußerst hilfsbereit und kommuniziert hervorragend. Vielen Dank für die schönen Tage.
