The location is great, within walking distance to many attractions, and valuable as Prague is very walkable. The suite is spacious, a bit unusual in Europe. The hotel arranged a car at the airport, which worked well and is useful as the driver knows how to navigate to the hotel, situated in a courtyard at the old town.

Great location. We loved the beer spa. Our room was across the courtyard from reception and it was so nice and quiet and warm with comfy beds so we got great sleep every night. Highly recommended and would absolutely stay there again!

What a delightful stay at hotel Metamorphis, the room was large and well appointed. Minor points off for no electric kettle, and the nespresso machine was in dire need of cleaning, we wouldn't use it. The location was excellent, walking distance from the main train station and really close to the old Town Square.

Front desk staff extremely helpful (and fluent in English). Old building with classic ambiance (and old building quirks such as transoms one can trip over!) High ceilings, big windows, large room. Great location, although train and metro stops not very close. Water pressure in shower a little weak, and temp can shift between too hot/too cool.

Great hotel in a building from 17th century, lot of charm, nicely restored 20 yrs ago. In the middle of the old city, close to "everything". Located in an old square, a fairly quiet place. Nice to come "home" to after a day as a tourist. Spacious room with balcony, comfortable big bed, quiet. All was perfect. Nice breakfast in a bar a 2 min walk from hotel. Friendly, helpful staff. We travelled by train, easy to walk from/to station. No elevator (lift) in the hotel. We tried the Beer-spa in the basement, it was a fun, relaxing experience - recommended!
